Frederick Franklin is a cartoonist from the San Francisco Bay Area. He is also a proponent of the raw plant-based diet food regimen. This combination of whimsical creativity and plant-based diet is the genesis of Mr. Franklin's "PrintzVegan" art series of vegan collages made from cut-out images of produce.

Each art piece is hand-crafted into an original collage. The individual vegan collages are then digitalized and printed (via the Giclee process) onto fine watercolor paper or stretched canvas.
